Congratulations, Closing Day is Finally Here! Review our checklist to be prepared.

  • Driver’s License or other form of Government Issued ID (cannot be expired)
  • All keys to the house including extra sets, mailbox keys, garage remotes and keys to any other locks in or around the house.
     

TYPICALLY, THREE DAYS AHEAD OF YOUR CLOSING DATE THE SETTLEMENT OR ATTORNEY’S OFFICE SHOULD SEND OVER A SETTLEMENT STATEMENT FOR YOUR REVIEW. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM, CONTACT THEM.
