  • Driver’s License or other form of Government Issued ID (cannot be expired)
  • Certified funding for closing (cashiers check)
  • Proof of insurance for your new home, if not previously provided to your Lender
  • Your spouse or co-signer (if applicable for signatures)
     
     

TYPICALLY, THREE DAYS AHEAD OF YOUR CLOSING DATE THE SETTLEMENT OR ATTORNEY’S OFFICE SHOULD SEND OVER A SETTLEMENT STATEMENT FOR YOUR REVIEW. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM, CONTACT THEM.
