Driver’s License or other form of Government Issued ID (cannot be expired)
Proof of insurance for your new home, if not previously provided to your Lender
Certified funding for closing (cashiers check)
Your spouse or co-signer (if applicable for signatures)
TYPICALLY, THREE DAYS AHEAD OF YOUR CLOSING DATE THE SETTLEMENT OR ATTORNEY’S OFFICE SHOULD SEND OVER A SETTLEMENT STATEMENT FOR YOUR REVIEW. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM, CONTACT THEM.
