With deep roots in Tioga County and a lifelong habit of turning old things into something better, he brings a creative, practical eye to every property he walks into. He genuinely enjoys helping clients see possibilities they might have overlooked and guiding them toward what a home can become.

His own experience with buying, renovating, and improving spaces allows him to break things down in a way that makes sense, even when the process feels complicated. Clients appreciate his calm, friendly approach and his ability to make big decisions feel manageable.

Outside of real estate, he spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters'. Other activities include coaching his daughters sports, tinkering on his home, and finding time for music and countless other hobbies whenever life slows down.
